A Leader Conviction;- A leader conviction is
always ignited in his heart when he
discovered his natural gift. A leader must be totally convinced that he/she
exist for a worthy reason and he/she is able to accomplish what they were born to
do. A leader conviction gives him a good sense of direction in life. It also
helps to protect a leader action and give it a meaning. Convictions are vital
instruments to the building of a solid character. It leads any genuine leader
to become very dedicated to specific principles by which he pledge to live as
he performs his God given purpose. When a leader lacks strong convictions,
followership is never attained. If a leader keeps manipulating his believe
system in order to be accepted and to please people, such a person is not
qualified to be a leader.
A Leader Vision;- A vision can also be
define as seeing your natural purpose and gifting so clearly in your mind’s eye
that it is already a reality to you. The importance of a leader’s conviction
enables him to build a strong personal vision, and then he begins to map-out a
definite way in which he plans to carry-out his contribution to his future
generation. A leader vision should influence his entire life and priorities.
When we begin seeing
our dreams and realizing how our gift can be contributed to the world, we will
begin to map-out a clear vision for our lives and practical steps in
accomplishing our life’s inherent purpose.
A Leader’s Passion;- Passion provides the
internal motivation for a leader to diligently carry out his purpose. Apparently,
it is a leader sense of importance that enables him to guide his passion from
becoming worse and transforming into a hunger for power. For this reason, a
leader passion can be described as a desire stronger than death.
There are numerous
evidence of leaders that posses such kind of qualities in their lives. Mahatma
Gandhi won an excellent political victory over British Empire, leading India
free from their colonial master. His vision of equality and justice for the
India people and a strong conviction about peaceful protest. He was imprisoned
for no just cause and he was willing to die for his vision. His imprisonment
and strong passion for his people stirred up thousands of millions of people
and that brought about sweeping change.
