A VIRGIN WOMB AND AN EMPTY TOMB: Living the Supernatural life!

But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the LORD lay. And go quickly and tell disciples that He is risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.  “Mathew 28:5-7”

Just envisage hearing the implausible news from an extra terrestrial being. Towering before you is a massive angel, glowing with the glory of heaven and bearing news that sounds stranger than fiction. You see, it’s been four hundred years since anything close to the supernatural was last recorded. The heavens have been silent and every message left to be received off of pages of the Scriptures. Now, you are the very first person to receive a message from God after that lengthy break in transmission. And if that isn’t shocking enough, the message is not only incredible but out rightly ridiculous: A virgin will get pregnant! Seriously?!

If you will live in the fullness of your potential and be everything that you were born to be, you must be ready to step out of the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary. You have to embrace God’s word that tells you that you will live in divine health and not be sick. You have to embrace God’s word that tells you that you will lend and not borrow. You have to embrace a totally different mindset. You can’t feed on the mundane and expect to birth the extraordinary. You can’t spend all your time listening to the world and expect to hear from heaven. You must drown out the distractions and let heaven’s mandate be your attraction.

But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night.”  “Psalm 1:2”

The conditions surrounding the birth of Jesus were ordinary but the process was supernatural. Just because Mary was a virgin didn’t mean she could not bear a child. Just because the child was born in the manger didn’t mean the child was not great. Do not despise who you are or what you have because of where you are right now!

After leading an obscure and quiet life for thirty years, the same person who was known only as the carpenter’s son became the symbol of all things supernatural. He healed the blind and the lame, cast out demons, fed the hungry and raised the dead! He was the one shaking his society and forcing people to either take a stand for or against Him. He was the one with answers. He became the main issue of His day!

God has put something in you for the world. He has locked something in you that will only be unlocked in the process of time as you follow Him.
When He was condemned to death like a common thief, it seemed His entire life was a fluke that had come to a sorry end. It seemed that He was just a flash in the pan, a candle in the wind. But Jesus proved to be more than a caddle. He was the flame and the conflagration that he hordes of darkness could not extinguish. He bequeathed to the world and empty tomb as a testament to the power of God. The God who began a great work in you is able to complete it!

The empty tomb reminds us that the enemy will not have the last laugh. Jesus took what the world considered a full stop and turned it to a comma. Your story is not over. There is more to follow. There is more miracles, victories and more exploits ahead of you. The temporary setback you are suffering right now is nothing to be compared with being dead in a tomb for three days!

Jesus conquered death, and show us clearly that we are more than conquerors. When the hordes of darkness come against you with their most deadly arsenal, remind yourself that in Christ you conquered death. If you rose with Christ you can rise above this challenge, if you rose with Christ, you can overcome this attack. This too, shall pass!.

And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus  “Ephesians 2:6”

Don’t back down; don’t give up!
God will neither let go of you nor let you down. Don’t ignore the supernatural in your quest for the spectacular. He is working something wonderful in you and through you. You may be living in a shack right now, but God is birthing greatness in you. Don’t allow the mediocrity around you drown the voice of greatness in you.

There is a reason you were raised in the neighbourhood you grew up in. soon, people who used to know you will testify to God’s power as they see the Lord working miracles, signs and wonders through you. When it is all said and done, there will be empty tomb to prove that God finishes everything HE starts.

You will have help. You will do well.
