worried about their lifestyle. It seems the huge rush for material possession
and the much desire so called successful life is barely enough. To be called
rich, one needs to build rich meaningful relationships, empowering your health
and enjoying a complete balance between your career and personal life.
The enrichment of your
soul is a very vital requirement. It process is never ending, though it takes
much time to explore. The very moment you begin to understand your being, how
you think, how you feel, what your true purpose is and the exact way you wish
to live, the meaningful your life will flow in the right direction.
To many people are
living for instant gratification. People with such habit always tend to play a
catch-up often. Life will always give you consequences each time you develop a
chronic habit. The truth is, if you continually do things in a certain way, you
will always get same result. Chronic bad habits create negative consequences.
Successful good habits create positive rewards.
How long does it take
to change a bad habit? Obviously the common answers are-: about twenty one days
or three to four weeks. This may be true if one is making a small adjustment in
his/her habits.
The truth is,
acknowledge the fact that you have a long tooted chronic habit. Just like a
stranded fiber that has molded itself over a long period of time into a single
powerful rope. It will be very hard to break. Someone with a low self-esteem
will find it difficult to transform his/her selves to become self-confidence
individuals just within twenty one days. Such individuals may need months after
months or even years to build a positive belief lifestyle. This metamorphosis
can affect a person personal and professional life.
There is every tendency
for any individual to slip back into his/her old habit patterns. This often
occurs when an un-expected crisis occurs or ones stress level rises. Sometimes,
your new habit may not stand strong to resist these circumstances, requiring
more time and effort to fight it.
Anyone can create an
entire new way of doing things simply by super imposing a new habit on top of
your present habit. To improve your lifestyle, all that is needed is to to
systematically build one habit at a time.
