ADVANCE BOLDLY!

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and of a sound mind.” -2 Timothy 1:7

The walls before you have no foundations. The enemies you are frightened about are actually sacred of you. The mountains before you may just be a mirage. Many times, fear restrains people from tacking strides they ought to have taken. They get concerned by the words of others, past experiences and learned responses to the point that they get stuck on a spot, too afraid to move.

You have to realize that, very often, God hides the miraculous in the ridiculous. A confused wedding planner ran out of wine right in the middle of the ceremony. At his wits end, he was brought before the Lord Jesus, who was neither a wine seller nor a vine dresser. The Lord did not ask him to go and buy more wine. He did not tell him his career was doomed and no one would trust him to plan their weddings anymore. Instead, He told him to fill some jars of water. Totally ridiculous! What was worse? He asked him to make sure the jars of water were taken to the wedding chairman before it was even inspected or tasted. With just faith in a hitherto unknown man, the man and his servants did as they were told. The rest as they say is history.

“when the master of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and did not know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the master of the feast called the bridegroom. And he said to him, Every man at the beginning sets out the good wine, and when the guests have well drunk, then the inferior. You have kept the good wine until now!” John 2:9-10

If you really want to make waves, you will have to advance bodly. As long as you have an instruction from the Lord, the obstacles before you will only be setup for you to step up. You can rebuild your home – it is not over! You can go back to school and get the degree again. You can resurrect that business. You are not too old and is not too late.
God has not given you the spirit of fear.
Go boldly! You will do well.
